Cleaning
We recommend that you have your carpets cleaned every three to five years, depending on the traffic. We use a hand wash for fine rugs and deep steam extraction for wall to wall carpeting.
All rugs should be vacuumed on a regular basis. (A vacuum with a beater bar works best.) If possible once a year, flip your rug upside down and vacuum the back of the rug. This loosens any dirt that may be imbedded deep into the pile of the rug. Then, flip the rug back over and vacuum the top side. Cleaning products available for sale. Free pickup and delivery for homes in our area can be arranged.
Repairs
Our team of expert native craftsmen works diligently to repair your rugs. The services we provide include: fringe work, reweaving, repairing of tears, binding.
Appraisals
Our certified rug appraiser can provide you with an appraisal of your rug for insurance or personal needs. He has over 50 years experience.
